In March, GYL Financial Synergies held an Internal Education Training Session for our Advisory Team at our Westport, CT office. As part of our 2024 Education Series, this training session was designed to build relationships across our firm’s five offices and further educate our Advisory Team members about our comprehensive offerings.

The day consisted of a welcome breakfast, remarks by various team members including a fireside chat with CEO Gerald Goldberg, team building exercises, a compliance workshop, and an overview on firm’s managed investment capabilities.

In addition, Eric Stein from Focus Financial presented the risk solutions available, while Todd Buck from Uptiq shared insights into their lending services.

One of the interactive highlights from the day was our team-building Marshmallow Challenge, (Thanks Tom Wujec!).  Organized by our Learning and Development Specialist, Sam Rose, our team had a lot of fun throughout this challenge working together to build the tallest structure!  Congrats to the winning team – CEO Gerald Goldberg, Jennie Wilber, Peter Karadimas, and Caroline Keenan!
